Chill Out With a Good Book!

Midway Elementary every winter has a reading activity that lasts the whole month of February. Usually I try to do more reading than watching television. In previous years the first week I would faithful at pulling out a book to read. Then the following weeks I was lucky if I pulled out a book on Saturdays. This year I don't expect it to be too different but so far I have read several books that I finally have wanted to read. In fact thrice this last week I picked up a good book instead of turning on the television. I have read over 9 hours this last week!! My completed pile: Matched Scary Stories Al Capone Shines My Shoes Al Capone Does My Shirts Hunger Games Catching Fire Mockingjay On my To Read List: Crossed belly up The Books of ELSEWHERE Spellbound The Books of ELSEWHERE Shadows The Chocolate Touch I have even neglected my Library class to read these books. I guess I better get my college course homework finished first and then get to enjoyment reading.
